Compliance Specialist

Gabriel has over 10 years experience as an environmental consultant developing & implementing EH&S compliance programs for both private industry and state & federal agencies.  He is proficient both in EPA regulation analysis and in creating & implementing NPDES, SWPP, SPCC & BMP Plans. Gabriel graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 2009 with a BS in Chemical Engineering and a concentration in Environmental Engineering. Prior to joining Ram he was President of M&M Engineering Consulting Group in Morovis, Puerto Rico.
